A natural person who has been awarded a compensation allowance

A natural person who has been awarded a compensation allowance is pension insured if:

• has a permanent residence in the territory of the Slovak Republic,
• is not pension insured as an employee (or as a contractor), SZČO or a natural person who properly cares for a child under the age of six or a child with a long-term adverse health condition under the age of 18, a natural person receiving a care allowance, a natural person providing personal assistance to a physical person with a severe disability, a soldier undergoing voluntary military training,
• has not been awarded an invalidity pension,
• has not reached pensionable age.
